Ever start to replace your stick grip and have the adhesive strip peel away with the paper backing?

Ugh! Now the grip won't stick to the stick...

Don't throw that grip away! Try this instead.

Slice the paper lightly, just enough to cut through the paper backing, near the end of the grip. Peel the paper starting at the cut, moving toward the end of the grip. Now the paper will come away from the adhesive strip.

Already peeled away several inches of adhesive? Use a light duty double sided tape, or light carpet tape to make the grip stick again. Trim to size and stick to the back of the grip or directly onto the stick shaft.
