What To Do If You Think Something Is Wrong With Your Purchase.

Please follow this procedure.

1. If you believe you received the wrong item or are missing part of your order, send an email (remove spaces) to:

2. If you believe you have a warranty issue, consult the warranty policy below.

3. If claiming a warranty issue, after referring to the warranty page, please do the following:
Take a digital image that clearly illustrates the problem. (Otherwise you may be instructed to return the item for inspection. Shipping the item back will delay resolution of your claim).
Send the image, as a .jpg file, and a description of the problem, along with information that will help us locate the original order (your last name, or order number, or date of purchase), to:
